I. Data administrator:

II. The purpose of data processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  1.  If we conclude a contract with you, we process your data in order to execute the
    contract. We can also process your personal data on your demand, prior to the
    conclusion of contract in order to take action leading to the conclusion thereof.
    Article 6 item 1 of GDPR constitutes legal grounds for data processing in this
    scope, i.e. necessity of execution of a concluded contract or taking action on
    demand of a person whose data is being processed prior to the conclusion.
    Furthermore, since additional obligations arise for us from concluding the
    contract, article 6 item 1c) of GDPR also constitutes legal grounds for data
    processing, i.e. necessity of data for performing legal obligation.
  2.  We process your personal data under article 6 item 1f) of GDPR, i.e. in order to
    pursue our legally grounded interests:

    • we deliver a high quality products to you, however in case we come into any
      sort of conflict related to execution of the contract, we may process your data
      in order to settle it;
    • if you contact us by e-mail, we may process your data in order to keep up
      correspondence with you;
    • we may process your data in order to send you marketing information by
      post;
    • if you visit our website, we may process your data to determine the way it’s
      browsed in order to improve its functioning and better adjust it to users’ needs,
      as well as for statistical purposes;
    • if you are an employee or a staff member of our client or business partner
      (e.g. provider), we may process your data in order to execute contracts
      concluded with this client or business partner.
  3.  In order to facilitate contact with you, especially to courier companies that will
    deliver goods purchased by you, we may also process your phone number.
    Moreover, if you give consent for receiving commercial information via e-mail,
    we may process your e-mail address or phone number. In this case, legal
    grounds for processing is article 6 item 1a) of GDPR, i.e. your consent.

III. Data provision obligation:

Providing your personal data is non-mandatory, subject to the following information:

  1.  if you conclude a contract with us, providing your data is required in order to
    ensure execution and settlement thereof. This regards your first and last name,
    address, Tax Identification Number, e-mail address (required only for orders
    placed electronically). Similarly, if you lodge a complaint we must receive your
    data in order to investigate it and handle it.
  2.  if you are an employee or a staff member of our client or business partner (e.g.
    provider) that we have concluded a contract with, processing your data might be
    necessary for execution thereof.
  3.  if you contact us by e-mail, processing your data, such as e-mail address, your
    first and last name and all information included in the message is required in order
    for us to carry on correspondence with you.
  4. your first and last name, address and correspondence address might be
    processed for the purpose of sending marketing information by post.
  5. if you give your consent, your e-mail address and phone number might be
    processed for sending you marketing information by e-mail
  6. if you visit our website, we collect your data in order to improve its functioning by
    ensuring more effective and seamless navigation and also for statistical purposes.

If you do not want us to process your data, please adjust settings in your internet
browser.

IV. Data retention period:

Your data will be retained for the following periods of time:

  1. in case of data required to execute the contract and fulfil legal obligations resting on
    us due to contract conclusion – for a period of time required to do so (e.g. until the
    expiration of tax obligations);
  2.  in case of data processed upon your consent, it will be processed until the
    withdrawal thereof;
  3. in case of data processed on grounds of our legally justified interests, it will be
    processed until an objection is lodged except for a situation when:

    • our interests prevail over your interests, rights or freedoms – it that case we
      will not process your data longer than necessary;
    • we need your data in order to determine, bring or defend claims – in that
      case we will process your data until a judicial or enforcement proceeding is
      concluded with a final and binding judgement

V. Your rights:

With regards to us processing your personal data, you have a right to:

  1.  access your data;
  2.  rectify your data;
  3.  delete your data;
  4.  limit the scope of processing;
  5.  move your data;
  6.  withdraw your consent to process data which was granted to us (exercising this right
    shall not affect conformity with the law of processing prior to withdrawal);
  7.  lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office against us
    processing your data
    You also have a right to lodge an objection against processing arising from our legally
    grounded interests (under article 6 item 1f) of GDPR). In that case, we will no longer be able
    to process your data, unless our crucial, legally grounded interests prevail in a particular
    instance over your interests, rights or freedoms and if we need your data in order to
    determine, bring or defend claims.

VI. Automated decision-making

We make no automated decisions and do not profile based on your data.

VII. Sharing personal data

We may share your personal data to:

  1.  courier companies delivering purchased goods to you (including DPD Polska sp. z
    o.o., K-Ex sp. z o.o. and ET Logistic sp. z o.o.);
  2.  independent service technicians which may perform for you warranty repairs or other
    service activities;
  3.  companies which provide us with service and maintenance of computer software,
    hosting services and activity analysis of our website;
  4.  legal counsels and attorneys who we work with;
  5.  financial institutions who we work with in order to ensure the possibility of payment in
    instalments (including Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A.)

Your personal data may be shared outside of the European Union to countries which
were recognized by the European Commission as countries which ensure a proper level
of data protection, shared on the basis of standard contractual clauses endorsed by the
European Commission and in the case of sharing data with the United States – on the
basis of the Privacy Shield agreement between Europe and the United States. Your data
will not be shared with international organizations.
