How does a gas oven work?
Natural gas from the gas system is used to power the oven. The oven has a so-called gas flame ring inside the chamber, located on the top and bottom. This allows you to choose top or bottom heating depending on your needs. The temperature inside the baking chamber is distributed evenly by means of hot air circulation, which is a fan located on the back of the gas oven.
