OW-INOX hood features a special sensor which monitors situation in the kitchen, turns on automatically whenever ventilation is needed and turns off after the meal is done. The sensor constantly monitors temperature fluctuations, air humidity and if currently gas is being combusted in case we use gas stove. As a result, the hood knows exactly when there’s a need for it and you can focus completely on cooking and forget about operating it.
